Following goals come with hard times. Here are tips on how to get through those.

I’m going to lose my shit! I will never get through this! Life would be so simple if I was basic!  As we continue to be great and follow our dreams , some of these statements are considered true. That’s right! Your going to feel like your shits been lost when the work you put in doesn’t pay off. There will be times when you think you wont get through your hardship when a mistake is made. Every  goal seeker has looked at the road of “basic” and said, “Basic is kinda of comfortable” 

 

Although it’s TRUE  these things can happen but  it doesn’t have to be your TRUTH. The tough times is what we make them. It’s on us how we react and act when our backs are against the wall while our dreams stare in the cut looking for guidance. As your on the road to success,  there will be plenty obstacles in your way. Take these tips to smoothing that road!

 

Breath In. Breath Out. Repeat.

I know it looks like shampoo instructions but this will give your mind a clean feeling. Before focusing on the problem or solution we should take time to focus on OURSELVES. When we breathe deeply, we oxygenate the blood, which causes our brain to release endorphins. It is these endorphins help reduce stress in the body and decrease levels of pain. Just by simply taking deep breaths in and out we settle down and give our brain to catch up with whatever issue or problem we have and settle them accordingly!

 

List your accomplishments

During dark days it’s hard to find light of your situation. When tough times appear all we see is the negative. All we see is what we didn’t do and forget all the trails we overcame. Everyone had times where they were on top and accomplished something significant in the past. To get out of a tough funk, list all the accomplishments that put you in a great space.  Taking time to remember all you achievements and feel the positive emotions that come with them will allow you to focus your attention on your skills and success.

 

Stay Active

Tough times take tough action! When tough times come around it’s easy to pump the brakes and put a pause life on. Actually you should do the opposite! Put the foot on the gas and take action! Taking small action steps will lead to self confidence in getting through your issues.From walks in the park to reading your favorite book can create inspiration to improve yourself and that will create that confidence you need to take on your problem through belief in yourself and the action you take.
