The Impel Project is a developmental coaching business that motivates individuals, businesses, and organizations to push forward with new goals and dreams through coaching, community events, goal setting workshops, public speaking, and merchandise. Headquartered in Memphis, TN since 2016, The Impel Project encourages everyone to go after their most valuable goals with structure ,empowerment, and continuous action. The Impel Project mission is to protect your purpose with a system of thinking, feeling, and coaching.
The Impel Project understands that clients are feeling stuck in life and need motivation to move forward to new and exciting opportunities. Our "goal chasers" want to accomplish new goals but a mental barrier of fear, negative self-talk, bad habits and weak goals are hindering their success. The Impel Project will create a space for clients who need to structure their goals while improving in self-confidence, time management, and accountability.
Unlike life coaching and consulting, The Impel Project focuses only on the goal that you want to accomplish and the resources needed to complete your goal. We understand that some areas in life will influence the journey but we protect goals with support and being solution oriented. We provide daily and weekly motivation through text, email, social media, and coaching. Our coaches are thought and accountability partners with whoever they serve. Each coach will probe and empower their client to be creative and encourage a new way of thinking to accomplish their goals.
About The Founder
Entrepreneur, Speaker, Job Developer , Goal Coach and Blogger are a few words to describe Joshjuan Jones. At Middle Tennessee State University, Joshjuan, Memphis native, graduated with his Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Administration and has always known the sky's the limit! He founded his first business at 19 (1st Flight Entertainment) and has also planned events for companies such as Nissan, Frito Lay, Chrysler, and Rite Aid. As a goal coach, he believes everyone has value and should pursue their goals and dreams no matter what! Joshjuan helps individuals and organizations get started on NEW goals and dreams through personal coaching, working on weaknesses, and a thorough action plan! Joshjuan has facilitated dozens of workshops and events helping goal chasers manage fear, create strong goals, eliminate bad habits, and speak life into their goals.
As a job developer he has worked with companies such as T-Mobile, Walmart, Kroger, The Peabody Hotel, and Methodist North Hospital. He has worked with Meritian, helping seniors 55+ seniors enter the workforce and with Project Search helping young adults with disabilities find jobs. Joshjuan has organized several job fairs and has helped hundreds of job seekers find competitive employment .
